Heat Temperature Will NOT Change

The screen is not locked. The Cool works fine, I can adjust it up and down. However, the Heat will not adjust up or down and is set to 40. Any advice??? Thanks!...

How do I turn this feature off. I have progammed my thermostat to come on at 7:30am to 70dg. At 5:00am the heater turns on. That is way to early. The house is usally up to 70deg by 6am. Too early. ...

Back up heat source thermostat programming

The back up heat source comes on with the primary heat source. Can't get it not to. I want it to come on only if the primary fails and temp. drops 8 degrees or so below setting....
