I can not get this unit to route me on big highways for a 600 mile trip...

Just received first Garmin today. How do you switch it over to English. Text and speech is in Arabic, I think. No instructions came with garmin....

garmin nuvi 750

looses battery charge quickly after charging for 24 hours using media player and navigation map, may work for 10-15 minutes. unit did this from new. specs say 5 hour battery life, could it be the battery? tried charging in several cigarette lighter plugs with no luck...
