Dell Latitude CPX AA20031

I just received this laptop from my son and it has a dead battery which I replaced from a local dealer, the battery said to charge over night and then to totaly descharge and to recharge, and after that just to use nomaly. I've done this with 3 different batterys and they all take the 1st charge up to 85-95% and the second time they will now take any kind of a charge at all. The laptop works fine from the A/C charger, but the problem is the batterys, the dealer check the computer and says it's fine, but the manafacture says is the computer. Any help would be apprecated Thank you Russ...
